Farmertec MS880 Assemby Part 3- Final Assembly
I’m going out on a limb and saying you were doing it wrong…
I am doing the racor filter upgrade, I am thinking also to relocate the pump in front of the filter, any issues you can see with doing that?
You would be better off going to harbor fright and get you a many blaster
Just think how it would cut with a sharp chain.
It isn’t the same . It is way less tacky . A blade moving that fast is dif then an engine . Look up a video that shows you the difference between motor oil and bar oil . There not ripping you off it is different oil and does different things . Now yes all this stuff is overpriced now a days but if u want ur chainsaw to last a lifetime then use the correct oil !
I am newby at all things outdoors. We have some learge trees that we had cut down that need to be moved. This is perfect. Thank you sir
Thank you. Thought my brand new chainsaw was faulty. 👍🏻
Amazing video. We would like to show this video on our channel with your permission. We will add your link and your name will also be mentioned in the video. Let us know what you think
Is it better than engine degreaser?
thank u, it was helpful knowing when it should have power and when it should not , would have been nice to cover next step if it had no power coming to the solenoid with a good fuse, but thank you for video it was helpful
I bought 6 cord of tree length supposedly....How can I tell when delivered if it is 6 cord or not?
I mean honestly what youre doing is hauling a powerful lawn mower in a small dump trailer. You can haul an excavator in a dump trailer given the trailer is much larger than what is displayed here.
Reason for the increase is fuel has been added to the test into the cylinder and combustion area, duh.
Thanks a bunch mine was low at 5 hrs , so drained, and tried filling it takes forever until you take the two upper bleeder plugs out , awesome video
Skipped over the cleaning process and material used. Why?
I use regular diesel fuel with a brush. works great also. And it is cheaper since diesel at the gas station only cost $3.98 per gallon.
Where are your gloves? And I would use a block of wood to tap that seal and wheel buddy on....But that's just me....
Open both side drains. Letting it flow to the other side doesn’t work
I use a piece of pipe a little larger than shaft to tap seal in place. Keeps seal going in even
You’re the only person I’ve seen that used a flap disc to smooth the edges on that tote. Everyone else just uses a regular disc grinder.
Great video. Very straightforward and easy to follow. Great job and thanks for the overview of this task.
I totally agree with the ant wood. I find if I split it and ants come out, I throw it in a separate pile. I won’t stack it on my 8’ rack(about 3 days worth of firewood during the coldest days.) It’s drys fast due to the bore holes and rotten wood and it still burns well with the more dense firewood. I find my 2500 sq foot Btu drolet stove drys the wood on the rack as well seeing its only 6’ away from the rack. Great video from a fellow New Englander.
It Never-Fails,When a "Twack-tor Driver"/ just wants to Go& pull the Leavers to Go fer a "joy-ride",& Not work the Tractor& Equipment PROPERLY & Safely. "Ramming-speed " IS thier Only Ambition with ZERO MAINTENANCE & Know-How. The Opperaters Manuals ARE the"First Thing" that are TOTALLY ABANDONED.
I just ordered chocker hooks. Oh well. Ill still try this. Im humbled also
I always used the old method of a choker chain. Will definitely give this a try. Especially like the easy release from the log. That can be a problem. Thanks for posting.
All blades have a hp rating, make sure your tractor falls somewhere in-between those numbers, and 1' wider than the outside measurement of the rear wheels.
Thanks for this valuable tip. I had fuel filter problems on my BX2350 as well. Another fuel issue that cost me lots of diagnostic $ because I didn't know is pine needles in the diesel tank. Eventually those accumulate and get stuck in the elbow to the fuel line - blocking fuel only during high engine load. Wondering if there's a sieve solution to place into the tank filler...
Thank you much for the video. This just happened this morning & thanks to you got it shut down. Bx2230. Now to follow up and figure what’s the problem.
Thank you I believe I got it😊
Great information. I just ordered my new Oregon grinder and video like this is very helpful. It was out of focus so often that it made it very hard to understand what exactly what you were doing though
I love this idea. Doing this tomorrow on mine.
Thank you for your help! Pushing the lever worked immediately. My BX2230's fuel gauge and temperature gauge weren't working either. Will get the new solenoid tomorrow. Could that have anything to do with the temp/batt gauge?
To get a really sharp chain it need to have a much finer grindstone that the one supplied it is too coarse and does not leave a fine edge.
Great tips!! Thanks for posting this!
Great Video.
Great info that helped me to get the BX23 running, now to figure out why the solenoid ‘is stuck in’ and not triggering out. Anywho, Thanks dude!
I finally found an honest seller and get what I want- Hardwood, split larger 6-8", and I prefer green to season two years myself and less expensive - I use two cords a year
Great video!!
thanks, good video.
La Stihl 880 es la mejor maquina que se ha fabricado .
People who use a grinder like a chop-saw know nothing about grinding chains.. and they're typically the same people who say that they can hand-file a sharper tooth better than ANY grinder. Its a tool, the operator sharpens the tooth.. and like any tool, the skill of the operator determines the quality of the finished work
Why are you splitting wood that has already been split?? are you making matches?
As soon as I get my cords of wood, I stack it, he always fix me if it's short
Wouldn't the loader just sit down on the front of the dump trailer with no problems? I feel like I've seen a ton of people do stuff like that before.
I wish I had watched this video before buying firewood. Just about everything you said you wouldn't do my guy did. Much respect to honest people like yourself.
Awesome
Great video. Now I know what to do along with just installing the bearing buddy.
Where was the throttle rod in the package?? I can't find it and it is driving me crazy.
Straight up impressive!
Man to think what would happen if you put a 10T rim sprocket on the first saw! Lol good GOD .....hang on to that S.O.B.!
